Prerequisites

Previous experience of a programme management environment and completion of the MSP® Foundation course. For re-registration all MSP® Practitioners and/or Advanced Practitioners should be re-registered within 3-5 calendar years of their original certification.

Aims

The aim of the workshop is to review the MSP® method and prepare delegates for the MSP® Practitioner or Re-registration examination.

Throughout the course, interwoven within the delivery of the theory and the practical examples of good practice, there is ongoing support and preparation for the examination.

We provide sample papers and worked exercises using a scenario/case study to help create situations which develop the delegates understanding and recall of the material.

Objectives

Key objectives include:

  • Gain the Practitioner examination qualification.
  • Apply the MSP® methodology to a complex case study.
  • Increase confidence in real world application.
  • Gain thorough knowledge of the MSP® methodology at theory and application level.
  • Potential to continue on to Advanced level accreditation.

Our MSP® courses are far more than just exam crammers and our trainers go out of their way to make sure that delegates are able to use MSP® in the real world. At the same time, we offer an exam promise for both the Foundation and Practitioner. Should you fail to pass then you can resit the course once again for free, paying only your exam costs and a £10 per day contribution to your lunches and refreshments.

Duration

2 days.
